NOVATERRA explored the consumers’ interest in sustainable wine and olive oil, and assessed the market’s readiness to adopt innovative agricultural practices. Research in France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal showed a clear willingness to pay for high-quality, eco-friendly products. The project’s impact on sustainable agriculture depends on convincing more farmers to adopt these innovations and follow early adopters.
